The Supreme dustcontrol mat with bespoke logo is a functional mat. The fibre is a twisted nylon fibre that combines a soft and hard fibre. The hard fiber provides better brushing and removal of dirt. The soft fiber for absorption of dirt and moisture.
Due to the coarser structure, the print image is less sharp compared to the budget or comfort quality. Functionality comes before sharpness of print. We only supply the Supreme quality without an border and can therefore be used for e.g. recess in the floor for private or light business use. Are you looking for a really strong dustcontrol mat with logo for intensive use? Look at the NBR Premium quality. We can also print the Supreme quality with coir look, to replace a coir mat.

On request, volumes from 50 m² upwards can also be specially packaged. Rolled in foil, individually packed in a box or tube. The sizes 39x59 and 58x78 cm can be packed flat in boxes of 40x60x10 and 60x80x10. Ask for the options

Special shapes.
At a small extra cost we can cut special shapes, such as oval, dog or cat. Please note that corners smaller than 90 degrees cannot be cut. Smaller corners must be rounded to be able to be cut. Send us the desired shape and we will see if this is possible.
Design
When printing on carpet, the carpet determines the definition. In order to print cleanly, a letter in the budget quality, for example, must be at least 3 to 3.5 cm high (letters like a e o). Lines preferably 3 mm thick.
