Shipping (Costs)

Prices on the website do not include shipping costs.

For orders shipped to NL,BE, LU, DE up to 250 ex excluding VAT / 302,50 including VAT we charge 15 euros ex VAT / 18,15 including VAT for shipping costs. Order over euro 250 exlcuding VAT include shipping cost.
Prices for other countries do not include shipping, for some products shipping cost are added to the cart, cost can vary froum country to country.
Shipping outside EU is on request and extra custom fees can apply.

We work with different suppliers / warehouses and different carriers. It may happen that your order is delivered in parts.

Unfortunately we can never give you the exact time of day on which we will deliver, normally you will receive a tracking number by email. Some carriers do give an indication and delivery time.
