Did you receive your order with damage ?
Mention the damage on the delivery note of the transport company.
Take a picture of the damage and send it to us.
Depending on the damage we will see how we can solve it as soon as possible.
Package seems only damaged on the outside ?
No visible damage on the inside, please mention this on the delivery note of the transport company.
Carefully unpack the order and check if there is any damage.
If there is damage, make a clear picture of it and send it by email.
Did you receive the wrong color ?
Take a picture of the color and send it to us by email.
Photos on a screen can sometimes differ. Although we spend a lot of time making colour photos, your screen may display a colour incorrectly / differently.
If you have ordered a standard size, you can use your right of return.
If you have ordered a special size, you can unfortunately not use your right of return.
Please note that we offer free colour samples for most mats that we can send by post before you place the actual order.
Did you receive the wrong size, too big, too small ?
A large number of mats have a size tolerance, this is normally mentioned on the product page. If the tolerance falls within this tolerance, we cannot accept a complaint about it.
Some of the qualities that are cut off the roll are normally cut longer so that they can be cut to size on site.
If a mat has to fill a certain space or in a recess, we always recommend ordering a slightly larger size. You can then cut the mat to size on site.
Are you not satisfied with the quality?
We pay a lot of attention to pictures and product descriptions, we also offer free samples to evaluate the quality.
Before your purchase we offer telephone advice to help you choose the right product for your situation.
Standard mats that fall within the right of return can be returned. The return costs are for your account.
If your order does not fall within the right of return (which is for every product listed on the product page) we can, unfortunately, not accept a return.
